ReactorSelection
When selecting Reactor for the frequency converter, refer to the inherent power of the frequency converter.
Under normal circumstances, the power of Reactor is the same as the power of the inverter. If the power of the inverter is not non-standard, then enlarge Reactor by one level for selection.If the customer provides current and inductance values, there is no need to know the power of his inverter.
For example, if the inverter power is 45kW, then the Reactor selection is still 45kW.
If the frequency converter power is 5okW, then Reactor is selected as 55kW.
Parameter calculation
Rated voltage: that is, Reactor the voltage during normal operation, which is generally the same as the rated voltage of the inverter. There are mainly three voltage levels: 380/400, 660/690, and 1140/1200, represented by U and unit V.
Rated current: that is, Reactor the current during normal operation, generally determined by the current size of the inverter. For details, please refer to the inverter manual, expressed by I, unit A.
Rated inductance: that is, the inductance value of Reactor during normal operation, expressed by L.
Reactance rate: ReactorThe ratio of the phase voltage to the phase voltage of the capacitor connected in series, that is, U UC.This refers to the ratio of Reactor phase voltage to the inverter phase voltage, expressed in K.
The relevant calculation formula is as follows:
L=UL/I/(2*π*f)
UL=U*K/√3
working principle
1. Input Reactor: When the grid input voltage fluctuates, the fluctuating part of the grid is restricted and the fluctuating voltage is suppressed in the form of magnetic conversion, thereby achieving the purpose of stabilizing the grid voltage!
2. Output Reactor: When the SPWM pulse waveform voltage of the frequency converter passes through the output Reactor, Reactor can effectively lower the voltage change rate, making the output voltage waveform smoother, and can Reduce the impact of distributed capacitance on the transmission line on the load and reduce the eddy current loss of the motor!
